The IMPROVE Polypharmacy Clinic has 4 unique parts:
- Pre-Clinic Conference
- Shared Medical Appointment
- Individual Visit
- Team Precepting
The trainees participate in all aspects of the clinic. The patients are invited to the Shared Medical Appointment and the Individual Visit (highlighted in red below).
