Scheduling

The following is an overview of the Scheduling Checklist for the IMPROVE Polypharmacy Clinic:

• 1 large room
• 3-5 clinic rooms (depending on number of patients/trainees)
• 3-5 patients (depending on number trainees)
• 3-5 trainees (depending on number of patients)
• 1 pharmacist and/or pharmacy resident
• 1 attending primary care provider and/or geriatrician
• 1 health psychologist and/or fellow
